What is your cancellation and modification policy?
At Tour Azur, we understand that plans can change. We offer flexible cancellation and modification free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation. For changes or cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours in advance, a fee corresponding to 50% of the cost of the service will be applied. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, or in the event of no-show, the full amount will be invoiced.
Are your drivers multilingual?
Yes, our drivers are selected for their language skills to meet the needs of our international clientele. They are fluent in several languages, including English and French, to ensure smooth communication and quality service.
Can you accommodate special requests, such as child seats or special comfort requirements?
Of course, we’re happy to accommodate any special requests you may have to ensure a comfortable, personalized trip. We offer complimentary child seats and can also arrange additional services such as bouquets of flowers or bottles of champagne on request. Please indicate all your specific needs when booking so that we can respond efficiently and appropriately.
I'm late, what can I do?
If your flight is delayed, don’t worry. Our drivers follow flight and train schedules in real time to adapt to any changes in planning. Our transfer service includes one hour’s free waiting time at the airport after landing. For business transfers, there is a 30-minute waiting time. In the event of long delays, we are available 24/7 to reschedule your transfer. Don’t hesitate to contact us in case of emergency or last-minute changes.
Do you offer transfer assistance?
Absolutely. To make your travel experience even more comfortable, we offer the assistance of a host or hostess to guide you through your transfer. When you arrive, your welcome assistant will accompany you to collect your luggage, help you get to your hotel and give you practical advice to get your stay off to a good start. For your return trip, he’ll help you get around the airport and manage check-in procedures. This service is available at extra cost and can be tailored to your specific needs.
What measures do you take to ensure the safety of your passengers? Have your drivers undergone specific training?
Our passengers’ safety is our top priority. All our drivers hold a Transport Car Permit with all safety checks up to date. They have also received first-aid training and successfully completed our two-month in-house training program, guaranteeing impeccable service quality. What’s more, we ensure that our practices comply with European conduct regulations on a daily basis.
Tour Azur holds a domestic operating license (2016/93/0000235), is entered in the transport register (VD930910127) and holds a Certificate of Registration with the Registry of Chauffeur-driven Car Transport Operators (EVTC 006 10 0029).
