What is your cancellation and modification policy?

At Tour Azur, we understand that plans can change. We offer flexible cancellation and modification free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation. For changes or cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours in advance, a fee corresponding to 50% of the cost of the service will be applied. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, or in the event of no-show, the full amount will be invoiced.

What is the added value of your service compared to a cab?

Unrivalled flexibility. You choose the itinerary and the number of stops you want: our driver is at your disposal for a set period of time. There’s no need to rush, we’ll wait for you as long as you need between stops.

Are your drivers multilingual?

What's the difference between chauffeur-driven vehicles and private tours?

I need access to several destinations: shopping, cultural visits and then restaurants. Is this possible?

Our passengers’ safety is our top priority. All our drivers hold a Transport Licence with all safety checks up to date. They have also received first-aid training and successfully completed our two-month in-house training program, guaranteeing impeccable service quality. What’s more, we ensure that our practices comply with European conduct regulations on a daily basis.
