What is your cancellation and modification policy?
At Tour Azur, we understand that plans can change. We offer flexible cancellation and modification free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation. For changes or cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours in advance, a fee corresponding to 50% of the cost of the service will be applied. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, or in the event of no-show, the full amount will be invoiced.
What are the differences between private and shared tours?
Private tours offer a personalized experience with on-site accompaniment by your driver-guide, a tailor-made itinerary, and vehicle exclusivity for you and your group. In contrast, shared tours feature a fixed itinerary, explanations provided only on the move, and the presence of other travelers. For a more intimate experience, our shared tours are also available in a private version.
What measures do you take to ensure the safety of your passengers? Have your driver-guides undergone specific training?
Our passengers’ safety is our top priority. All our drivers hold a Transport Licence with all safety checks up to date. They have also received first-aid training and successfully completed our two-month in-house training program, guaranteeing impeccable service quality. What’s more, we ensure that our practices comply with European conduct regulations on a daily basis.
Tour Azur holds a domestic operating license (2016/93/0000235), is entered in the transport register (VD930910127) and holds a Certificate of Registration with the Registry of Chauffeur-driven Car Transport Operators (EVTC 006 10 0029).
