Up to 48 hours: free cancellation
Up to 24 hours: 50% of the cost of the service is charged
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the cost of the service is charged
The law requires a minimum of 2 people for a departure.
The weather is not a reason for cancellation that gives the right to a refund, except in the event of a red alert issued by the Prefecture.

Practical information

The driver-guide provides guidance during the trip, but does not accompany customers on site visits.
Folding wheelchairs are permitted.
Wheelchair users must be accompanied.
Foldable strollers are permitted. Tour Azur provides baby seats and booster seats free of charge on request only.
Unless otherwise indicated, meals and entrance tickets to excursion sites are not included in the price.
