What is your cancellation and modification policy?

At Tour Azur, we understand that plans can change. We offer cancellation and modification flexibility at no charge up to 48 hours before your reservation. For modifications or cancellations between 48 and 24 hours in advance, a fee corresponding to 50% of the cost of the service will be applied. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, or in the event of no-show at the time of booking, the full amount will be charged.

What is the added value of your service compared to a cab?

Unrivalled flexibility. You choose the itinerary and the number of stops you want: our driver is at your disposal for any length of time. There’s no need to rush: we’ll wait for you as long as you need between two stages.

Are your drivers multilingual?

The safety of our passengers is our priority. All our drivers hold a Transport Car Permit with all safety checks up to date. They have also received first-aid training and have successfully completed our two-month in-house training program, guaranteeing impeccable service quality. What’s more, we ensure that our practices comply with European driving regulations on a daily basis.

Tour Azur holds a domestic operating license (2016/93/0000235), is entered in the transport register (VD930910127) and holds a Certificate of Registration with the Registry of Chauffeur-driven Car Transport Operators (EVTC 006 10 0029).
