What is your cancellation and modification policy?

At Tour Azur, we understand that plans can change. We offer flexible cancellation and modification free of charge up to 48 hours before your reservation. For changes or cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours in advance, a fee corresponding to 50% of the cost of the service will be applied. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, or in the event of no-show, the full amount will be invoiced.

What’s more, the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group, guaranteeing total privacy.

What measures do you take to ensure the safety of your passengers? Have your drivers undergone specific training?

Our passengers’ safety is our top priority. All our drivers hold a Transport Car Permit with all safety checks up to date. They have also received first-aid training and successfully completed our two-month in-house training program, guaranteeing impeccable service quality. What’s more, we ensure that our practices comply with European conduct regulations on a daily basis.
